- Animal Welfare: All animal studies comply with the Animal Welfare Act, IACUC requirements, and the 3Rs principles (Replacement, Reduction, Refinement).
- Data Integrity: Research data shall be accurate, complete, and properly documented. Data fabrication, falsification, and selective reporting are strictly prohibited.

4. Conflicts of Interest
Employees must avoid situations where personal, financial, or other interests could conflict with their responsibilities to Anilocus.
